We at the Masonic Charitable Foundation (MCF, the Freemasons’ charity), one of the UK’s largest grant-making charities, are pleased to announce the launch of our new website chatbot—designed to enhance digital engagement and make our support services more accessible to Freemasons, their families, and the wider community.
Our new, user-friendly chatbot is designed to make it easier for people to find the information they need about our services—from financial grants and health support to educational assistance. By offering instant answers to common questions, it helps guide users quickly and efficiently to the right resources and application forms.
The rollout of this chatbot is part of our broader commitment to enhancing support through innovation, as outlined in our strategic goals. By embracing digital solutions, we are working to meet the evolving needs of the people we serve, ensuring help is always within reach.
This follows other recent digital improvements, including the introduction of Digital Donations—a cashless way for Freemasons to give to the causes that matter to them most.
The chatbot is now live. Simply click the message icon on the bottom right of the screen to start a conversation. Whether you’re looking for specific support or just exploring your options, the AI is here to help. And if you’d prefer to speak to someone directly, you can still contact our Enquiries team on 0800 035 60 90.
